Rentown is Georgia's first property portal that publishes only verified properties. Every listing is checked by a partner agency before it is published. Unlike portals where the same flat is listed many times by different agents, on Rentown each property appears once, and listings come with a video walkthrough.
Apartments, houses, commercial space and land for rent, for daily rent and for sale, in Tbilisi first. The site is in Georgian, Russian and English.
Partner agencies work in Rentown CRM (crm.rentown.ge), where an agent creates a listing once and publishes it to rentown.ge, SS.ge, MyHome.ge, Facebook, Instagram, Threads and Telegram together. Rentown's iPhone and Android apps are launching on the App Store and Google Play.
Rentown was created by Uta Bukia and Omar Mdzevashvili. Uta Bukia is Rentown's CEO and co-founder; Omar Mdzevashvili is its co-founder.
