Rentown Connector for Claude

Updated October 7, 2026

1. What It Is

Rentown (rentown.ge) is a property portal in Georgia, the country in the South Caucasus, mainly in Tbilisi. It publishes only verified properties: every listing is checked by a partner agency before it is published, and each property appears once.

The Rentown connector lets Claude search those listings for you and read listing and agency pages, in English, Georgian or Russian. Ask Claude in your own words, and it answers with real listings and a link to each one on rentown.ge.

In Claude on the web, on the desktop and on phones, the answer also shows the listings as cards: a row of listings with their photos, price, rooms, area, floor, district and street, and the agency, or one listing with its photo gallery and main facts. Each card has a View on rentown.ge button that opens the listing on the site. The cards follow Claude’s light or dark theme and the language you asked in.

• Server address: https://rentown.ge/mcp
• Sign-in: none. The connector reads public listings only and needs no account.
• Read only: it never changes anything on rentown.ge, and it cannot contact an agency or book anything for you.

2. Adding It to Claude

In Claude, open Customize, then Connectors. If Rentown is listed in the directory, open it and choose Connect. Until then, choose Add custom connector, give it the name Rentown and the address https://rentown.ge/mcp, and add it. There is nothing to sign in to.

In a conversation, turn the connector on from +, then Connectors, and ask about property in Georgia. Claude asks before it uses a connector for the first time, unless you allow it to always.

In Claude Code: claude mcp add --transport http rentown https://rentown.ge/mcp

3. What You Can Ask

• Find a two-room flat for rent in Saburtalo, Tbilisi, under $1,000 a month.
• Is there commercial space for rent in Chughureti? Which listings have a video?
• Show me listing 100139 on Rentown in Russian.
• Which agencies publish on Rentown, and how many listings does each have?
• Which districts of Tbilisi have the most listings right now?

4. The Tools

Every tool is read only and takes an optional lang (en, ka or ru; English by default).

• search_listings: the site’s own search, with the same filters: deal (rent, sale or daily rent), city, districts, street, property type, price range in GEL or USD, rooms, area, agency, sort order and page. Place names work in English, Georgian and Russian. Each result has the title, price, cover photo, rooms, bedrooms, area, floor, district, street, the date it was posted, whether it has a video, the agency and the rentown.ge link, and the answer includes the total and a link to the same search on the site.
• get_listing: one listing by its number or rentown.ge link, with everything its page shows: the description, every parameter, photo links, the map location as the page shows it, the agency and the number the page’s call button dials.
• list_agencies: the partner agencies, with their public profile and how many live listings each has.
• get_agency: one agency’s public profile, its team’s names and listing counts, and its newest listings.
• list_districts: the districts and neighbourhoods of a city (Tbilisi by default) in three languages, with how many live listings each has.

5. What It Returns and What It Keeps

The connector returns only what rentown.ge already shows to anyone who opens the page. It never returns a property owner’s details, an agent’s personal phone number or anything from Rentown CRM that is not published. The contact number it gives is the one on the listing page: Rentown’s, and Rentown passes the enquiry to the agency.

For each request we keep the time, the tool, the search filters Claude sent, how many results came back and whether it failed, for 90 days. Claude sends only those filters, never your conversation. The listing cards are drawn on your device, which loads their photos and font straight from rentown.ge, as it does on the site; they set no cookies and run no analytics. The details are in section 3.9 of the Privacy Policy, and use of rentown.ge is covered by the Terms of Use.

Prices and availability can change after a listing is published, so confirm them with the agency before you decide anything.

6. Limits

• Up to 20 listings per page of results; ask for the next page for more.
• Requests are rate-limited to keep the site fast for everyone; a refused request can be repeated a minute later.
• Only live listings are returned. A listing that has been rented, sold or withdrawn is reported as no longer on rentown.ge.

7. Support
