Rentown Terms of Use

Effective October 7, 2026

1. Introduction

These Terms of Use govern the property website rentown.ge and the Rentown app for iPhone (together, the “Service”), operated by Rentown LLC (შპს „რენთაუნი“), identification code 405888856, registered at 6 Teodore Tironi St, Tbilisi, Georgia (“Rentown”, “we”, “us”).

By using the Service you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Service. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

2. The Service

rentown.ge is a place to find property in Georgia for rent and for sale. The listings on it are created and published by real estate agencies through Rentown CRM; Rentown provides the platform on which they appear.

Using the Service is free and needs no registration. We may change, suspend or stop any part of the Service at any time.

3. Rentown’s Role

• Rentown does not own, sell, let or rent the properties shown on the Service.
• The call and WhatsApp buttons on a listing connect you to Rentown’s number. We answer your enquiry and pass it to the agency that published the listing.
• Viewings, negotiations, agreements, contracts and payments take place between you and the agency or the owner. Rentown is not a party to them, does not guarantee them and is not responsible for their outcome.
• Rentown does not charge you anything for using the Service or for enquiring about a listing.

4. Listings and Their Accuracy

Rentown publishes only verified properties: every listing is checked by a partner agency before it is published. The agency that published a listing is responsible for its contents, including the price, area, address, photographs and description. Details such as the price and availability can change after publication, so confirm them with the agency before you make any decision. Rentown is not a party to any deal between you and the agency or the owner.

• A listing is not a public offer.
• Prices shown in another currency are converted at an indicative rate; the price set by the agency is the one that counts.
• Before paying anything or signing any contract, inspect the property yourself and check the owner’s authority and the documents.

5. Acceptable Use

You may use the Service to look for property for yourself and to contact whoever placed a listing. You may not:

• collect listings automatically, copy them in bulk or republish them elsewhere, except as the next paragraph allows;
• interfere with the Service, place a disproportionate load on it, or get around its limits and protections;
• use contact details shown on the Service to send advertising, spam or bulk messages;
• copy, modify or take apart the app or the website’s software, except as the law allows.

As an exception, search engines and AI assistants, through their crawlers and through the Rentown connector for AI assistants, may read and index the public pages of the Service and show information from listings to their users with a link back to rentown.ge. Copying listings in bulk to republish them elsewhere stays forbidden.

If these rules are broken, we may limit or block access to the Service.

6. The Rentown App

The app is free and is available from Apple’s App Store; Apple’s own terms also apply to downloading and using it. If you allow notifications, the app tells you about new listings and price changes; you can turn them off at any time in your iPhone’s settings.

7. Intellectual Property

The design of the Service, the Rentown name and logo, and the software belong to Rentown. The photographs and texts of a listing belong to whoever created them, ordinarily the agency. You may not use, copy or republish this material elsewhere without the prior written consent of its owner.

8. Other Services

The Service contains links and buttons that open other services, such as WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook, Google Maps and Apple Maps, and agencies’ own websites. Those services are not operated by Rentown, and their own terms apply.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided as it is. We take reasonable care to keep it running, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors.

So far as the law allows, Rentown is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on information published on the Service, from the Service being unavailable, or from dealings between you and an agency or owner. This does not limit any liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

10. Changes

We may change these terms. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the changed terms.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the law of Georgia. Disputes will be settled by negotiation first and, failing agreement, by the courts of Georgia.
